This service provides one-time encrypted message sharing. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including malware distribution, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized data processing.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for links and keys you generate and share.
- You must verify recipient identity and use secure channels when sharing secrets.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
4. Personal Data
This service does not collect or process personal data. Encrypted data, without possession of the decryption key, is not considered personal data, as it cannot be attributed to an identified or identifiable individual. Please refer to the technical details page to understand what information is stored to provide one-time secret delivery.
5. Data Availability and Deletion
Secrets are designed for one-time retrieval and may also expire based on configured TTL. Deleted or expired content cannot be restored.
6. No Warranty
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service disclaims warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, service operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
